Getting to know us

You will be helped by a small team of professionals and will not find yourself being constantly switched between faceless voices. Our team has been together for a long time – you can find out more about us at the ‘meet the team’ page. If you would like to come and see us in a Covid secure environment we would love to meet you in person. This may not always be possible or convenient for you and we can use phone, Zoom, Teams, etc to keep in contact.

Trusted financial counsel

Our aim is to become your trusted counsel in dealing with your financial affairs and we will invest time in getting to understand where you are now and your aspirations for the future. We will cast an impartial eye over your current arrangements to ensure they are right for you and the investments are working hard. If changes need to be made our independent status gives you the assurance that you will be recommended the best option for you.

What will I pay?

Naturally, we need to be paid for our work and we aim to offer clients a fair, simple and transparent services and fees structure – see services and fees.

Helping you with other areas

You will sometimes need advice on other areas of your finances we are delighted to work with other professionals or can introduce you to a trusted network for mortgage guidance, Wills and tax advice.

I needed professional advice regarding savings, investments and financial planning. Roxboro has provided friendly and accessible support to me for many years. I receive regular reviews on investments with advice over fund switching where appropriate. What could they have done better? Nothing.
